About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with deep experience managing Tier 2 ERP implementations, specifically systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, Sage 300, and others.

This is a high-impact role that will lead cross-functional implementation projects for our clients from end-to-end—ensuring alignment between business needs, technical teams, and external vendors.

Our ideal candidate has strong stakeholder management skills, an eye for detail, and thrives in fast-moving environments. You should be equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to develop a project plan as you are leading executive steering committee meetings.

Your role may include, but not be limited to:

Leading ERP implementation and enhancement projects across multiple clients.
Developing and managing project charters, plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and resource allocations.
Acting as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, software vendors, and internal consultants.
Overseeing requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live readiness.
Managing change requests, scope updates, and issue resolution to ensure timely delivery.
Facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration planning, and post-go-live support.
Coordinating with SolvedAF’s finance, technology, and offshore delivery teams to ensure delivery excellence.
Supporting internal PMO process improvements and documentation practices

Qualification Guidelines:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; PMP or other project management certification preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management roles, including at least 3 leading ERP implementations.
Demonstrated expertise in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct implementations.
Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget in a professional services environment.
Experience working with SSMBs and/or nonprofit or multi-jurisdictional organizations is a strong asset.

Salary: $100,000 – 140,000 depending on experience
